We're recruiting for a Telesales Advisor to join a growing team in a fast-paced, forward-thinking business. You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance across both existing and expanding networks, helping customers make the switch to a new service. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider teams, you’ll manage inbound queries, generate leads, and play your part in building a strong sales pipeline – all while delivering standout customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Hitting (and exceeding!) sales KPIs through a proactive, desk-based approach
Managing inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and identifying customer needs
Handling general queries, escalating where needed, and ensuring a smooth customer journey
Supporting new team members with training and onboarding
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and following all GDPR protocols
Highlighting the real value of products and services – not just focusing on price
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an outbound sales role is essential
Resilient, self-motivated, and upbeat – someone who thrives on smashing targets
Confident communicator with a friendly and engaging approach
Strong attention to detail and good IT literacy
A team player who’s keen to share ideas and contribute to a positive team culture
