You will be hands-on technically in building a highly scalable, maintainable, and world-class product while responsible for the health of a small team.
As part of the Senior Leadership group, you will be involved in the technical direction, planning, stakeholder engagement, and in the trenches of hands-on coding.
From a people management perspective, you will set goals that positively stretch your team to grow while taking 121s and providing mentorship.
With a strong product mindset, you will work collaboratively with a new Product team to paint the future roadmap.#
