Technologist – Part-Time (30 Hours)
Location: Maiden Newton
Hours: 30 hours per week (Flexible working patterns available)
Salary: £34,400 per annum

Your Role:
* Optimize manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to boost quality and productivity
* Troubleshoot technical issues and support the integration of new technologies
* Collaborate with production teams and quality control to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
* Experience in industrial manufacturing, with a strong understanding of chemistry and formulations
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
