Tech Operator – Fast-Paced Production Environment
Location: Milton Keynes, Magna Park
Pay: £13.60 – £14.60 per hour + Overtime
Contract: Temp to Perm (Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts – 3 on / 3 off
Rotating Days & Nights | 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am

Industrious Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated Tech Operator to join our client’s busy production site in Milton Keynes (Magna Park). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with production experience looking for variety, progression, and the chance to work with cutting-edge machinery.
Role Overview
As a Tech Operator, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for operating high-speed Tetra, Canning, and PET lines. In addition to running equipment, your role will involve:

Performing routine maintenance
*
Conducting quality and hygiene checks
*
Supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
No two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
*
Skills in machine operation, lubrication, and cleaning/maintenance are a strong advantage
*
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
*
A quick learner with a proactive mindset and positive attitude
*
Team-oriented and reliable, with a strong work ethic
