Location: Norwich
Work Pattern: Onsite - 4 days a week in the office - 1 working from home
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum

Introduction:
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Technical Team Lead to join one of our clients who are a proptech start up.

This is an awesome opportunity as you will be shaping the Software Function, supporting the Co-Founders with driving the product/business and working on projects such as a Laravel Dashboard.

This is a critical hire for the business so they will be looking to bring in the Lead and work closely with the Co-Founders to build the team from there.

Responsibilities as a Technical Team Lead :
Take ownership of the software development and drive outputs for their App platform
Working alongside the Founders supporting them with software development, the software roadmap and building the software team
Working on streamlining software processes and best practices
Supporting Junior/Mid-level developers by leading them from a technical perspective
