Technical Support Analyst
What you'll need to succeed
3 + years' experience working as an IT Support Engineer in an ITIL environment
Good experience with Windows 11
Good experience of Active Directory.
AV Support experience
Good understanding of basic networking, TCPIP,
DNS, DHCP etc.
Experience with ServiceNow would be advantageous
Experience with the following would be great: Office 365, SCCM, Citrix, Nexthink
