Technical Specialist Team Manager

We are looking for a Technical Specialist Team Manager to join us permanently. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Office Technical Specialist (OTS) team to deliver their individual, team and Company targets.This role also has a continuous Improvement aspect and is responsible for driving front end flooding data accuracy alongside process and performance improvement. Location: Slough
36 Hours Per Week (Monday-Friday)
What you’ll be doing as a Technical Specialist Team Manager Ensuring that the OTS team are compliant with current methodologies and up to speed with any changes to reporting for datasets relevant to each team.
You will be driving the overall performance of the OTS and team, reviewing, updating and managing the specific actions to allow the targets to be met.
You will be working closely with the other OTS team Manager to ensure that both Flooding and Technical tasks are completed as per the relevant methodology and guidance. Providing guidance and support to field teams, ensuring that the correct solutions are identified to drive first-time fix and reduce the risk of repeat incidents.
Working with stakeholders, identifying areas that require review and driving continuous improvement.
