The team requires a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing complex projects related to the development and deployment of our ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC) technology.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the technical project implementation, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and senior management
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Mentor and provide guidance to junior project team members
The annual salary for this role is £46,000 to £50,000.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in technical project management with an offshore/marine discipline
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
