We are looking for a Technical Services Advisor to join our clients Technical Support team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical enquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll also assign caseloads to technical engineers, respond to queries via phone and email, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
