An established, family-run residential developer is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the design and delivery of high-spec, multi-unit housing projects. Reporting directly to the directors and managing a Technical Coordinator, this role offers significant autonomy and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate technical drawings and consultant input, ensuring cost-effective and buildable solutions
*
Review and manage information in line with planning approvals and building regulations
*
Liaise with statutory bodies and local authorities to secure service connections and section agreements
*
Oversee and update all technical documentation, including Health & Safety plans
*
Manage consultant performance, budgets, and payment processes
*
Ensure marketing materials and brochures reflect accurate technical details
*
Obtain necessary licences for scaffolding, hoardings, and road closures
*
Ensure NHBC (or equivalent) approvals are secured on time
*
Provide support to internal teams across commercial and construction functions
*
Mentor and develop the Technical Coordinator
