A Tech Company is seeking a talented Lead / Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team and shape the technical direction of our legal technology products. As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our team, ensuring we deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing a clear technical vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and company goals.Responsibilities:• Establish and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy for the software development team• Guide and mentor engineers in making informed technical decisions• Set the bar for engineering excellence by demonstrating exceptional technical skills• Hands-on coding and development to implement solutions• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks• Mentor and coach junior engineers• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholdersSkills:• Proven experience in C# and .NET Core• Strong proficiency in Blazor and Razor syntax (Or willingness to learn)• Good Knowledge and working experience with AWS• Familiarity with Front End technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality• Communication and interpersonal skills• Leadership and mentoring skillsIf this sounds of interest, get in touch!
