Job Description Technical Instructor - Rad pro \n\nShift Times: Monday- Friday 37.5HPW \n\nPay Rate: £288 per day \n Location: Bridgwater, TA5 1UD\n\nJob Purpose / Overview\n\nReporting to the Engineering and Technical Training Group Head, you will be based at Hinkley Point C. A hybrid working arrangement will be supported. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: \n\nUndertaking Instructor training.
\nDeveloping and delivering radiological protection and technical training material. \nDelivering training in classroom and plant simulator environments, as well as providing coaching and mentoring of trainees to expedite learning. \nActing as course coordinator for responsible training areas.
\nLeading and delivering training to groups from 1 up to 20 people, depending on the subject and environment. \nActing as the subject matter expert for your area and demonstrating a deep understanding of the relevant company standards, becoming a company expert and representative in your areas. \nEnsuring company values, safety and OpEx are embedded throughout the training, training material and lesson plans.
\nCommunicating with line managers for the successful development of competence within your staff. \nMaintaining relationships with both Nuclear Operations and EPR stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts for development of material. \nCommunicating with external contrac...
