THE ROLE
As Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their technical and creative teams, pulling all elements together and grow that side of the business. They have recently invested heavily into this department, so it is a great time to join!
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting the Technical Event Manager with installing AV at events
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Working with operations, sales and creative teams
• Understanding CAD design plans ideally
• Knowledge of AV equipment (sound/lighting/video)
• Generating sales and upselling of services
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of technical equipment and installation to events – you will be a good communicator and the ability to develop client relationships.
