Oversee Factory & Customer Technical Managers
Foster a high-performance, high-collaboration cultureStakeholder & Customer Engagement

Represent the business in high-level technical discussions
Build trusted relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry partners
Ensure smooth communication across internal functions and external stakeholders
