Technical Designer

We are currently working with an estbalished Commercial Office fit out and refurbishment business looking to expand their Design team. As a business they create first class commercial office workspaces for projects predominately in Central London.

They are now looking to hire a Technical Designer to work on mainly CAT A projects and some of their CAT B schemes. You will be involved in creating concepts, scope and getting the design ready for the site team.

As a Technical Designer you will be responsible for:

* Assisting the conecpt team to ensure projects are well thought of, cost effective and fit the client brief

* Create and curate technical drawings for pitches and submissions

* Create construction packs of dawings in line with concetp and cost plan

* Ensure drawings comply with building control, fire, environmental health and any other statutory requirements

* Carry out building surveys

* Communicate with the clients throughout the design stages and obtain sign off from them...
