You will:

Advise on complex structural waterproofing design and technical queries, offering expert guidance and innovative solutions.

Support the Technical Leader in managing team workloads — ensuring timely completion of quotes, CAD drawings, and specifications.

Mentor and train junior technical staff, identifying knowledge gaps and providing tailored coaching.

*

Review and prepare tenders and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and quality.

*

Attend site meetings and inspections, offering hands-on support when needed.

*

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction.

*

Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies.
