Our Wolverhampton based client is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader from the financial sector to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
Oversee the performance of the team.
Ensuring team compliance with standards.
Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team.
Effectively develop plans to hit the team targets.
Supporting individuals.
Ensuring continuous development of staff.
Making complex decisions.
