Team Leader

Role: Outbound Team Leader, Distribution Centre

Location: Team Leader

Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00-23:00

Salary: £33,122.96 plus annual performance related bonus

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Outbound team Leader  to join our client’s successful team in Bletchely.

About the client:

Our client  is a British multi-channel clothing retailer specialising in dress shirts, ties, suits, casualwear, shoes and accessories.

About the role:

You  will manage & lead a team of 18 & plan their workload on a day to day/week to week basis to ensure that all SLAs & KPIS are met.

What we would like from you:

• Leadership in a similar role within a distribution or retail environment.
• Previous experience of managing a team of 15 or more with a proven ability to manage, develop & motivate
• Ability to coordinate activities. The successful candidate will be leading a team on a daily basis and be results orientated to achieve targets
• Self-confident with a professional attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Experience of disciplinary process, investigations & meetings
