Location: Haywards Heath - onsite
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £27,000 + annual bonus

Responsibilities:
As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for existing and new customers, addressing enquiries about pricing, stock availability, and order progress.
Processing orders, including entering details, issuing confirmations, and generating pick lists and delivery notes.
Communicating estimated delivery times to customers and managing updates effectively.
Handling invoices and credit notes.
Maintaining updated customer information in the CRM system.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous experience in administration is preferred.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capacity to prioritise tasks and thrive under pressure.
