Position: Behavioural Support Assistant Location: Cambridge Pay: £75 - £85 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: September
Role Overview:
Reed are currently working alongside a fantastic primary school based in Cambridge who are seeking a compassionate and skilled behavioural support assistant from September. This full-time position involves supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) with their behaviour throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide behavioural support to KS1 and KS2 pupils.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Implement effective behavioural management strategies.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.
Requirements:
Experience: Experience working with children is required (school-based experience preferred but not essential).
DBS Check: Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
Skills: Excellent classroom and behavioural management skills.
Eligibility: Must have a UK address and the right to work in the UK.
