Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to pupils and assist the class teacher with lesson delivery.
Work one-to-one or with small groups to help pupils access learning and stay engaged.
Support children with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Build strong relationships with staff and pupils to support overall development.Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting).
A genuine interest in education and working as a teaching assistant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.Desirable (but not essential):
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
