Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to pupils and assist the class teacher with lesson delivery.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups to help pupils access learning and stay engaged.
• Support children with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with staff and pupils to support overall development.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting).
• A genuine interest in education and working as a teaching assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable (but not essential):

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience with SEN or behavioural support.
