Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next full-time role in a supportive and rewarding school environment? TimePlan Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic TAs to join a variety of excellent primary and secondary schools across Bournemouth from September 2025.

About the Role:

Full-time positions (Monday-Friday, term time only)

Opportunities in both primary and secondary settings

Supporting teachers with classroom management, pupil engagement, and learning activities

Working one-to-one or with small groups of students, including those with additional needs

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a school setting (essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach

Relevant qualifications or training are advantageous but not essential
