A fantastic primary school based across Kennington and Oval is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist ASD Unit immediately.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Highlights:
Teaching assistant to work with pupils diagnosed with Autism in a specialist, small-group setting.
Teaching assistant to support classroom routines, communication strategies, and sensory activities.
Teaching assistant to collaborate with experienced SEN staff including therapists and SENCOs.
Opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a well-equipped, inclusive environment.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
Experience supporting children with ASD is highly desirable.
Calm, patient and proactive approach to challenging behaviour.
Psychology graduates or those pursuing SEN careers are welcome.
Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS through Reeson.
