Are you a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a friendly and supportive primary school? Simply Education are currently working with a lovely school in the Lincoln area that is looking to appoint a flexible and motivated individual to support their learners.
Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this role can be adapted to suit your schedule, offering flexibility and variety across the school week.
The Role:
Providing classroom-based support to children aged 4 to 11.
Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to boost learning outcomes.
Assisting in the development of educational resources and activities.
Promoting positive behaviour and supporting students' emotional wellbeing.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting.
A passion for helping young learners thrive and succeed.
A flexible and proactive approach to working in a school environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
