We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Effingham, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse and inspiring group of students, aged 11-16, who have associated behavioural and communication difficulties. About the Role:
You will be working alongside teachers, providing direct support to students within the classroom.
You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of lessons and activities, creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
You will be part of a collaborative and committed multidisciplinary team, working together to ensure that students receive the best possible care and education.

Experience working with students with autism and associated communication and behavioural difficulties (desirable).
