Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant key responsibilities:

* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students or small groups.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
* Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Provide additional support to students with special educational needs.
* Participate in planning and preparing instructional materials.
* Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other activities.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational programs and initiatives.
* Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience working with primary school students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
