We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and creative Teaching Assistant to join our teaching community in Mitcham!
If you're passionate about helping students, especially those with special educational needs (SEN), and want to be part of a supportive, positive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and classroom support to SEN students, helping them reach their full potential.
- Assist in creating and adapting Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Encourage a positive, inclusive classroom where all students can thrive.
- Work closely with teachers to track progress and provide feedback.
- Support students in building confidence and getting the most out of their learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting SEN students (ideally KS1/KS2).
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with teachers, students, and parents.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support (desirable but not essential).
