A creative and versatile teacher is sought to join an Outstanding school in Barnet in a permanent, full-time role commencing in September, teaching both Music and Geography. Responsibilities

* You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in both Music and Geography across the key stages, fostering a love for both subjects and developing students' skills and understanding in each discipline.

* The role involves contributing to the extracurricular provision in both areas and working collaboratively within both departments.

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Music and/or Geography is essential.

* Experience teaching engaging and effective lessons in both subjects at the secondary level is desirable.

* A strong understanding of the curriculum for both subjects and the ability to inspire students is expected.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong classroom management, are vital.
