Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a specialist teacher of PE and Sport to join a mixed Trafford grammar school.

This is a full-time supply teaching role from June 2025 to July 2025.

The Job

Teacher of Girl's PE and Sport
Five days a week
Teaching Core PE in Key stage 3 and some Year 10 GCSE classes
Delivery of practical and theory physical education lessons
Positive confident behaviour management skills
Happy teaching a broad range of sports and activities.

The timetable for the summer term is athletics, tennis and cricket and rounders.

The academy are interested in hearing from QTS and QTLS teachers.

To join us and be successful in this teacher of girls PE role, you will need to:

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS
• Recent experience of teaching key stage 3 science supported by references
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
• Have the legal right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• As the role includes supervising female students in the changing rooms, this role is only suitable for a female teacher.
