My client, a global media brand, is looking to hire a Talent Sourcer to join their City Centre Leicester office.

Previous and current recruitment experience (perm) is required.

Happy to consider candidates from any sector if you have a proven track record in sourcing candidates.

You'll need to be polished and be able to sit in front of senior stakeholders, including board members.
Good stakeholder management experience preferred.
You'll also need to be proactive and able to deal with a high volume of roles hitting fulfilment targets.
Candidate delivery, candidate qualification, best in best-in-class process will be required.
You'll also be required to carry administrative duties for the Talent Team, such as logging interviews etc.
You'll be working across a big range of roles, anything from a Barista to a Director within the group.
There is a requirement for 3 days a week in the office (City Centre, Leicester).
