We're on the lookout for a super-organised, people-savvy Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract. You'll take the lead on all thing's recruitment - from sourcing and screening to onboarding - helping teams across the business grow with top talent. Working together with hiring managers and HR, you'll be right at the heart of shaping the team's future.
Description of the role:
Oversee recruitment for sales and other business areas, managing job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Create and maintain accurate job descriptions, keeping them up to date with market trends and internal developments.
Conduct market salary benchmarking and support competitive offer decisions.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
Organise interviews (online and face-to-face), with occasional interview participation or support where needed.
Liaise with department heads to coordinate assessments and selection.
