About the Role
As the new Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for steering the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments, leading on change, and ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. Your mission: to lead your team through an exciting period of growth and change, while maintaining pace, quality, and innovation in high-volume hiring.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 Talent Acquisition professionals.
Drive strategic hiring initiatives to meet volume demands across key business areas.
Oversee process improvements and implement scalable recruitment strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on workforce planning and talent market insights.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
Own metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement of the TA function.
