Sustainability Paralegal

Job Description This is a rare chance to join a growing Sustainability team at a top international law firm. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-impact legal matters—on par with junior associate-level tasks—in a fast-evolving practice area.

Fully integrated into the team, the paralegal will attend meetings, training, and development sessions alongside trainee solicitors, with a one-month handover to ensure a smooth transition.

They will support multiple deals from start to finish, handling regulatory disclosures, due diligence, legal research, and document management, with room to grow based on performance.

Reporting to the Sustainability Partners and working within the wider Investment Funds Group, the paralegal will also contribute to strategic and knowledge initiatives.

Key Attributes:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong project management and sound judgment
Proficiency in MS Word; PowerPoint and Excel are a plus
Numeracy and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed (with paid overtime)
