We're seeking a Cluster Team Manager to lead and inspire a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support in Birmingham.£35,000 per annum37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts, including nights & weekends)Key Responsibilities:*Oversee the delivery of exceptional support to adults with complex learning disabilities, promoting independence and choice.*Supervise and mentor a team of Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.*Work closely with the Area Registered Manager to implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and autism-specific strategies.*Maintain accurate records, manage rotas, and ensure the service operates smoothly.*Act as a safeguarding lead, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of those supported.As a Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. We're looking for a natural leader who leads by example, someone committed to delivering outstanding support while mentoring and motivating their team to do the same.
