Support Worker

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 A caring and empathetic nature
🔹 Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
🔹 Minimum of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time experience in the UK
🔹 A commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals
🔹 The ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in supported living environments, helping them lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Encouraging social engagement and emotional well-being
