This company have gone from strength to strength in the last decade and are now expanding their UK teams.In this role, you will be put through an extensive training program in their Austrian HQ with all your expenses paid for, then will be dealing with an already established support team to generate new leads. Day to day you will be speaking with Electricians who are installing the smart home system to provide remote support.The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in electronics or electrical engineering. THE ROLE:
Work with the current support team
Support the installation teams with electrical / electronics issues
Solve basic electrical issues remotely
Raise tickets and process them accordingly
