Key Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons and support student learning as directed by the Head Teacher, often with short notice.
• Uphold positive behaviour management and ensure student safety during all activities.
• Address administrative and pastoral needs for assigned classes or groups.
• Set challenging tasks aligned with the National Curriculum, tailored to student's needs and abilities.
• Mark and record work following school policies, maintaining high standards of student progress.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Driving ability preferred, especially for rural school locations.
• Minimum availability of 2 days per week.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
