The Role

As a teacher, you will:

Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents to ensure strong learning outcomes.
Track and report on student progress, helping to shape their transition to secondary education.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Strong knowledge of KS2 curriculum guidance, particularly in SATs preparation.
Experience working within school policies on safeguarding, health & safety, and behavior management.
An understanding of how National Curriculum test data supports school development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that challenge and engage all pupils.
Maintain high expectations for behavior and classroom management to support effective teaching.
Use assessment data to inform lesson planning and drive pupil progress.
