Job Description Capex Recruitment are working in partnership with a wholesale and distribution firm based in the Lisburn area on the appointment of a Project Manager. The main focus of this role will be to implement various process improvement projects within the Supply Chain & Logistics functions of the business.

Responsibilities in your new role:
Plan, organise, manage and direct Group Projects and initiatives, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
Develop schedules, timelines and milestones for all projects, ensuring that project deadlines are met
Drive business improvement projects, identify opportunities and navigate obstacles with a positive mindset
Manage and mitigate all risks associated with assigned projects
Work with a structured and solution-based approach
Positively influence and drive business change
What you will need to succeed:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Project Management role
A proven track record of success with implementing Supply Chain, Process Improvement projects
