We’re working with a renowned heritage drinks company supporting them with finding an experienced and proactive Supply & Inventory Planner to join its high-performing Supply Chain team.

You’ll be responsible for planning the flow of finished goods and raw materials to meet customer demand, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and working closely with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and third-party logistics partners. This role requires sharp analytical skills, a strong grasp of ERP and MRP systems (ideally SAP), and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage supply and inventory plans in line with business policies and constraints
Develop stock deployment strategies to maximise product availability
Monitor inventory levels to minimise holding costs and reduce stock-outs or excesses
Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and third-party warehouses
Collaborate with suppliers and co-manufacturers to address constraints and expedite issues
Lead the stock reconciliation process and manage stock adjustments
Contribute to new product introductions and wider business projects
Produce performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and data visualisation tools
Experienced in production and materials planning, preferably within an S&OP/IBP framework
Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware with a hands-on attitude
Comfortable working across systems including ERP/MRP platforms such as SAP
