Setting the scene with interactive customer service
Motivating your team to achieve targets, build relationships and show pride in their role
Acting as a brand ambassador and role model in positive behaviours and clear communication
Generating new customers through word-of-mouth, local marketing, events and product demonstration
Working closely with head office and the Area Manager to drive business expectationsYou will be a credible presence in your store and represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your customers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets.
