The Role:
As a Supervisor based in Dover, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance, working 3 days per week on a flexible rota across 7 days, including weekends. Shift times are typically between 9am and 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Ensure store operations meet brand expectations and health & safety regulations.
Drive performance in line with store and company KPIs.What We're Looking For:
