very nice and supportive working environmentNonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the East Midlands area, on a permanent basis.

The role is fully home based, so you will not be required to travel to an office, saving you time and offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.

In this role, you will be part of a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They are therapeutic also and they provide ongoing therapeutic training.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Social Worker:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 foster families
the role is only to provide support and supervision to the foster families, so there will be no Form F Assessments on top
The foster carers are located around Northamptonshire, central Leicestershire, South Derbyshire and Peterborough

Requirements:

you are an experienced Social Worker
you have experience in fostering
you drive
