Job Description Carmichaels are seeking a Sub Agent with to work on a Tier 1 highways project in Gloucestershire\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs a Sub Agent, you'll be required to assist the Site Agent to achieve project delivery to the customers objectives. At the same time maintaining high standards of health and safety, environment and quality and have a commercial awareness whilst ensuring the wellbeing of your team and everyone around you.\n\nResponsibilities  Include\n\nAssist the Agent to plan and allocate appropriate supervisory resources as required by the site team\n\t\nEvaluate subcontractors and advise the Agent and the Commercial Manager accordingly\n\t\nSupervise site activities and manage the sub-agent team\n\t\nImplementing and maintaining safe systems of work\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nThis role of Sub Agent is great if you have:\n\nrelevant construction related degree/HNC\n\t\nSMSTS and CSCS qualifications\n\t\na strong civil engineering and major projects background with earthworks, highways and drainage experience
