Location: Nottingham
Salary: £27,500-£35,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus & Benefits

A leading, forward-thinking property firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Lettings and Property Management Consultant to join their Nottingham-based team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own portfolio of student properties from lettings through to full property management.
Work closely with experienced negotiators and administrators to achieve successful lettings.
Ensure compliance with all legal and health & safety requirements.
Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and guarantors.
Oversee maintenance and repairs for managed properties.
Handle inventories, property visits, check-outs, and deposit disputes.
Regularly review and report on property performance.
