Structural Engineer – Temporary & Permanent Works
Location: Central London (Site-Based) & Sudbury Hill (Head Office)

We’re working with a leading construction and civil engineering contractor to recruit a Structural Engineer to support the delivery of complex projects across Central London.

This is a key role within the engineering team, responsible for designing temporary works and contractor-designed permanent works. You’ll be an experienced designer with a solid grasp of Eurocodes and the ability to work closely with project and client teams from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design of temporary works and value-engineered permanent works

*

Creation of technical deliverables – including drawings, models, and reports

*

Involvement in construction sequencing and buildability reviews

*

Structural assessments and site inspections

*

Attendance at design meetings and coordination with client representatives

*

Supporting and contributing to the wider engineering team

Requirements:

*

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline

*

Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and structural design standards

*

Experience in both temporary and permanent works design

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Minimum BBB at A-Level (or equivalent)

Location:

Primarily site-based at a Central London project

*

With regular attendance at the head office in Wembley
