Full Time | 40 Hours | Up to £30,500 + Annual Bonus
Are you passionate about the outdoors and ready to lead a motivated team in one of the UK’s premier outdoor retail destinations? Cotswold Outdoor Group is looking for an energetic Store Manager to head up our Leicester store, located in the Highcross shopping centre.

What You’ll Do
Operational Excellence : Take charge of inventory, stock audits, banking, and compliance to ensure smooth store operations
Leadership : Motivate, mentor, and develop a team to deliver outstanding results and exceptional service
Customer Satisfaction : Foster a customer-first culture that ensures every visitor leaves with a memorable shopping experience
Visual Merchandising : Maintain the store to high standards and lead seasonal promotions and campaigns
