What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all store operations including stock control, compliance, and banking
Inspire and manage a team of outdoor experts to exceed customer expectations
Create a welcoming, customer-first environment rooted in product knowledge
Drive sales through performance analysis and innovative campaigns
Deliver high visual standards and seasonal merchandising across the store
