Are you a driven and dynamic retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Store Manager to take full ownership of the Andover store for our client. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full running of the store - leading your team, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.

Overseeing stock sourcing, preparation, and visual merchandising
Driving stock donations and building strong community connections
Leading and developing a diverse team of staff and volunteers
Managing cash handling, banking and financial reporting
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Delivering excellent customer service and cultivating a welcoming store environmentAbout You:

Have experience working within retail management
